Como Pilates offers small class sizes (maximum 9) in a relaxed atmosphere allowing you to concentrate on you and your body. Whether you are attending Como Pilates for general fitness or rehabilitation you will soon start to feel the benefits.
Gillian’s vast experience in observing and diagnosing people’s posture problems and treating back/neck pain allows her to include additional targeted, beneficial exercises.
Initial consultation
All clients will require an initial one-hour private consultation to check any relevant medical history, assess your posture and movement and identify areas to focus on. This consultation will then include demonstration and practise of several key exercises to ensure you get the most out of your group sessions.

What to bring/wear
Como Pilates COVID 19 safe plan requires participants to bring their own mat & equipment. Wear exercise or other comfortable clothing and, bring a bottle of water. Hand sanitiser will be provided before & after class.

Como School of Arts (small hall), 15-17 Novara Crescent, Como. The hall has ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Parking is available on site or in Novara Crescent.
The Como School of Arts is 200 metres north of Como Railway Station (on the eastern side) and less than 5 minutes drive from Oyster Bay, Kareela, Jannali and Bonnet Bay.
